I need a site that I can pay to with Paypal, and actually gives the money to victims of Katrina. I had the fucking scam websites, I can't believe people would actually use all the suffering to make some fucking money. Well I want to really help, and I need to know where to go to donate, and I would really appreciate if I could know where to go.

I think the best way is to go to the plcae to donate like Red Cross itself and make a donation, there are too many scams to be sure if you are really donating to the right cause.

Winston... the event was over a long long time ago...
But you got a good point there. If I were to donate, I would send a cheque or walk into their office and make that donation.
that way I know my money will be used in the correct way and reach the correct people.
