A credit score is the "story" of the way you manage your finances. If that info is not accurate it can affect your job, your identity, qualifying for utilities or loans and how much interest you're charged on credit received. Where will you source money to capitalize your business? There are many sources of funds, but over the years I have found out that there are six sources that are easy to get money from to capitalize a business, and these include not only money but goods and products as well. Inaccurate reporting continues to create havoc throughout the credit industry. The primary deficiency is clerical error which would seem to be an easy fix but usually it is not. Credit repositories (bureaus) will not make changes to the information reported by ones creditors without confirmation by the creditor. The creditor's employees are reluctant to authorize the bureaus to change reported data without proof that information reported was erroneous. However, there are ways consumers can protect themselves
